Scary tunnel into whale tummy

These days, we ride my bicycle to the Queensberry child centre in the morning, and back home in the evening.  Lillian sits in the child-carrying backpack on my back.  We take a shortcut through Melbourne University campus, which is a maze of narrow footpaths and alleyways.  Lillian is a backseat driver, saying “This way!” and pointing where to go.  Whenever we pass the Scary Man Tunnel

we have to go in for a short ride.  Inside, we’re in the tummy of a whale (actually, the underground car park, most famous as a setting for some scenes in the original Max Max movie).  Fortunately, we always manage to escape again.
